Arrabiata veggie

What you need
  • Pasta farfalle
  • Spring onion
  • Grilled sweet pepper & aubergine
Preparation

Boil the pasta al dente in salted water, slice the aubergine and rub it in olive oil. Season with salt & pepper and grill it together with the paprika (which may become black). Peel the paprika and place it on the plate together with the sliced spring onion and hot sauce.
